Refunds & Return Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@paawli.com.

At PaawLi, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality spices and food products. If you experience any issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The package was tampered with upon delivery

📌 For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used food products unless there is a quality issue.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your request:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed (without quality issue)

  • The complaint is made after the stated timeline

  • Damage occurred after delivery due to improper storage

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
